Two abandoned pythons near a pet store in Ontario!

Home / News / Two abandoned pythons near a pet store in Ontario!
In Newmarket, Ontario, two snakes were abandoned some time ago in front of a pet store. These two serpents were pythons. They were measuring between six and eight metres. Due to the sun, one of the two animals was unfortunately found dead.

The York police, located north of Toronto, handled the case. The other animal is currently in the Indian River Reptile Zoo, located in Peterborough, Ontario. The animal was not in great shape, but received all the treatments necessary for its cure.

The police are still trying to determine who abandoned the snakes. They invite the public to contact them if ever a person had any important information.

In your opinion, what is driving people to do such things, which can have far-reaching consequences for both men and animals themselves?
